A minimum charge of one day applies to rentals of less than 24 hours. For other rates, specific minimum rental periods may apply. The fixed price is subject to the general conditions of the rental agreement ( rental conditions ).

Reservation :  The reservation is recommended at least 24 hours in advance.

Mileage :  Unlimited mileage is included in the fixed price.

Complements of hiring :  Antilles Voitures can include the following protections :
- Personal Accident Insurance (PAI) : This optional cover is particularly recommended for the driver, who would not be covered by the rental vehicle's Third Party Liability policy for Death or Permanent Disability occurring as a result of an accident she/he causes herself/himself.
- Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) : Damage to or loss of the rental vehicle.
- Loss and Damage Waiver (LDW)
- Theft Waiver (TW)

Airport supplement:  A EUR 13 lump sum is to be added at the beginning of an airport .

Second driver supplément :  A EUR 7 lump sum is to be added for a second driver.

Return of the vehicle : We offer the delivery in an agency different from the pickup one at no additional charge.

Fuel :  Antilles voitures rates do not include fuel. Antilles Voitures offers two options for fuel in Guadeloupe and Martinique:
- Return the car with the same amount of fuel as when rented and no refueling fees will apply
- Return the car with less fuel than when rented and pay a E 5 refueling service charge for the fuel used (the refueling service charge is a rate generally the local retail gasoline prices)

Additional services :  In France, it is mandatory for young children to travel in safety seats while drivi ng your vehicle.Infant seats are mandatory by law for infant under 10 years. They are charged from 2 to 3 euros per day according to the type of seat. Please note that it does not excced E 14. Beyond one week, the additional services are free of charge.

Delivery and return during the closing hours of our agencies : When our agencies are closed, we deliver your vehicle to the indicated address. We charge you E 23 per delivery watever the pick-up location in Martinique or Guadeloupe.

Delivery in residence :  We offer delivery, at EUR 23 per delivery, to your residence.

Guarantee :  The renter is liable for all loss or damage to the Antilles Voitures car in case of collision, car theft, or attempt of theft. A EUR 300 charge, inclusive of taxes, for vehicles in group B, C and D - A EUR 460 charge, inclusive of taxes, for vehicles in group E and Y cat - A EUR 610 charge, inclusive of taxes, for vehicle in group K, H and S should be taken into account.

Payment : Prices are indicated in Euros, All Inclusive of tax (Local Value Added Tax is 8,5%). However, it will be required an additional deposit to cover the fuel expenses. Additional costs may also be required when you pick up the car.

Validity :  The prices can be modifiable without notice. Any modification of tax will change prices without further notice.
